Stills for a documentary was the assignment that led me to explore Louisiana and Cajun Culture. This included photographing politicians on a bayou duck hunt led by an experienced Cajun guide. Then came nights of Zydeco music in Cajun dance halls, and time wondering plantations photographing the remnants of opulence and exploitation.
